In the depths of winter, the sun finds itself in Capricorn from December 22nd through to January 20th. Capricorn is still in the same configuration it was when it was created millennia ago. The oldest recordings of Capricorn depict it as a half goat half fish, the old sea goat. It appears that Capricorn has always been Capricorn and has changed very little in its description or design.
